How to add conditional logic to a form

Conditional logic makes forms shorter and more relevant. Respondents only see questions that apply to them — which raises completion rates.

Visibility rules

Show a field only when a previous answer matches a condition (for example, show budget only if timeline is “this month”).

Branching

Send people down different paths based on role, intent, or product interest. Hire-flow applicants and buyers should not share the same question set.

Calculations

Use calculated variables for simple estimates or scores, then pipe them into later questions or thank-you copy.
