Fair Use Policy

FormHouse never caps responses on any plan. This policy exists so a tiny minority of extreme or abusive usage doesn’t affect everyone else.

What “fair use” means

We consider usage up to roughly 50,000 responses per month, per account, to be normal and fully covered on every plan. Above that, we’ll reach out to talk about your usage before anything is restricted — we never silently throttle or delete your data.

AI allowances

AI generation, optimization, and lead-scoring have transparent monthly numbers per plan (see our Pricing page). These reset each billing cycle; a booster pack is available if you need more.

Abuse

Fair use doesn’t cover spam, phishing, unlawful data collection, or automated abuse of the free AI generator. We may suspend accounts that clearly violate this.

Visibility first

Usage meters are visible in your account before any enforcement — no surprise limits.
