Cookie Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
FormHouse uses cookie-free analytics by default. This page explains the limited cookies and similar technologies we do use, why, and how to control them.
What we don’t do
- We don’t run ad-tracking cookies.
- We don’t use third-party analytics cookies.
- We don’t sell data derived from cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the service to function. They are set without requiring consent under the ePrivacy Directive’s “strictly necessary” exception.
- Authentication session — set by our auth provider (Auth.js) when you sign in. Required to keep you logged in and secure your session. Cleared when you sign out.
- Cloudflare security cookies —
__cf_bmand related tokens set by Cloudflare to protect against bots and abuse. These are security cookies and expire within hours. - Cloudflare Turnstile — a challenge token set when a form uses bot protection. Cleared after the challenge is resolved.
Analytics
We use Umami Cloud, a cookie-free, GDPR-friendly analytics platform. Umami does not set cookies and does not collect personal data. It uses privacy-friendly fingerprinting for aggregate visit counts only.
Payment provider cookies
When you complete a payment, PayPal may set its own cookies on its domain. These are governed by PayPal’s privacy policy, not ours. We never see or store your card details.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings. Removing authentication cookies will sign you out. Cloudflare security cookies will be re-set on your next visit.
