Use case

Collect payments through your forms — 0% platform fee

Add a payment block to any form. Fixed amounts or calculated from previous answers. PayPal supported with 0% FormHouse fee — you only pay PayPal's standard transaction fee.

Fixed or calculated amounts

Set a fixed payment amount, or use variables and calculations to compute the total from previous answers (e.g., quantity × unit price, or a deposit percentage of a quoted amount).

No platform fee

Unlike some form builders that add a 1–5% platform fee on top of payment processor fees, FormHouse charges 0%. You only pay PayPal's standard transaction fee.

Payments available on Pro

Payment blocks are available on Pro ($29/mo) and Agency ($79/mo) plans. Free tier users can build forms with payment blocks for testing — payment is enabled when you upgrade.

How to build this in FormHouse

  1. Pick a payment forms template (or generate one with AI from a short prompt).
  2. Customise questions, theme, and conditional logic for your audience.
  3. Optional: enable AI scoring, connect Sheets/Slack/Zapier, or add PayPal payments.
  4. Publish the form and share the link, or embed it on your site.
