What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication provider (Google, or email magic link).
• Form content you create and the responses your respondents submit.
• Billing details, handled by PayPal — we never see or store your card details.
• Usage data needed to operate the product (login times, plan usage, error logs).

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data or your respondents’ data.
• We don’t run ads or ad-tracking on FormHouse itself.
• We don’t use your form content to train AI models.

Where your data lives

All data is hosted on our own infrastructure in the EU. See our Security page for details.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Respondents can request deletion of their submitted data through the form owner.
