These terms govern your use of FormHouse, a service operated by GasDigital Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

FormHouse lets you build, publish, and collect responses to forms, with AI-assisted generation, optimization, and lead scoring. Free tier responses are unlimited under our Fair Use policy.

Your account

You’re responsible for the content of forms you create and for keeping your account secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use FormHouse to collect data unlawfully, to send spam, to phish, or to build forms that violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via PayPal after a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. After billing begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee, but this does not affect statutory rights or corrections for billing errors.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. See our status page for live status.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
