How to embed a form in Ghost
Ghost publishers can embed FormHouse for newsletter upsells, surveys, and lead magnets using an HTML card in the editor.
Steps
- Copy your FormHouse embed snippet.
- In the Ghost editor, add an HTML card where the form should appear.
- Paste the snippet and preview the post.
- Publish the post or page.
Tips
- For members-only content, place the form above the paywall or on a public landing page.
- Use Newsletter Signup or Conversion Quiz templates for audience growth.
Get your snippet from any form’s Embed button in the builder — pick inline, popup, or slider, then copy and paste. Hosted forms also live at /f/your-slug.

- Can I sync FormHouse to Ghost members?
- Use Zapier/Make from FormHouse submissions into your email tool; native Ghost members sync is not built-in yet.
