How to embed a form in Webflow

Webflow’s Embed element is the cleanest way to drop a FormHouse form into a marketing site or landing page.

Steps

  1. Copy your FormHouse embed snippet from the builder’s Embed panel.
  2. Open the page in the Webflow Designer.
  3. Drag an Embed element onto the canvas where the form should appear.
  4. Paste the snippet into the Embed code editor and save.
  5. Publish the site to see the live form.

Tips

  • Set a min-height on the embed wrapper for inline forms (e.g. 600px) so layout does not jump.
  • For CMS pages, use the same embed in a symbol/component for reuse.

Get your snippet from any form’s Embed button in the builder — pick inline, popup, or slider, then copy and paste. Hosted forms also live at /f/your-slug.
