Embed guide
How to embed a form in Notion
Notion’s Embed block can display a FormHouse hosted form URL or HTML embed — useful for internal ops, client portals, and docs.
Steps
- Publish your form in FormHouse and copy the hosted URL (/f/your-slug) or embed snippet.
- In Notion, type /embed and choose Embed.
- Paste the FormHouse form URL (simplest) or use a tool that allows custom HTML if your workspace supports it.
- Resize the embed frame so the full form is visible.
Tips
- Hosted URL embeds are the most reliable path in Notion.
- For public Notion sites, test the embed while logged out.
Get your snippet from any form’s Embed button in the builder — pick inline, popup, or slider, then copy and paste. Hosted forms also live at /f/your-slug.
