How to embed a form in Squarespace
Squarespace Code Blocks accept FormHouse embed snippets so you can run advanced forms without Squarespace form limits.
Steps
- Copy your FormHouse embed snippet.
- Edit the Squarespace page and add a Code Block where the form should appear.
- Paste the snippet into the code block.
- Save the block, then save and publish the page.
Tips
- Custom code requires a Squarespace plan that allows it (usually Business and above).
- If the form does not load, disable conflicting scripts or re-publish after cache clears.
