How to embed a form in Shopify
Use FormHouse for quote requests, waitlists, and lead forms on Shopify without building a custom app — paste the embed into a custom HTML or Liquid section.
Steps
- Copy the FormHouse inline or popup embed snippet.
- In Shopify admin, open Online Store → Themes → Customize.
- Add a Custom Liquid or Custom HTML section on the target page (or edit the relevant template).
- Paste the snippet and save.
- Preview on desktop and mobile, then publish the theme.
Tips
- For product pages, place quote/waitlist forms below the buy box.
- Popup mode works well for “Request a quote” buttons in the header.
Get your snippet from any form’s Embed button in the builder — pick inline, popup, or slider, then copy and paste. Hosted forms also live at /f/your-slug.
